Pay Range: $120,000 - $220,000 per year

Purpose:
- Valkyrie Enterprises has a need for a Program Manager who will support design, engineering, installation, configuration, and transition to sustainment operations for the C4ISR and information technology (IT) infrastructure of Navy, Joint, and National Command Centers and C4ISR/IT-intensive shore facilities for USSPACECOM in Colorado Springs, CO.
Job Description:
- The Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for overseeing the cost, schedule and performance of this contract and have demonstrated expertise in personnel resource allocation/supervision and contract management.
- Manage and lead a team of communications engineers and information systems experts in executing design, engineering, installation oversight, and testing of installed C2 systems for critical communication facilities.
- The PM shall have at least 10 years of experience managing projects of similar size, scope and complexity with at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical engineering field, business, or management.
- The Subcontractor must have and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance for the work to be performed and is required to handle and safeguard sensitive and classified information in accordance with regulations to reduce potential compromise.
- Shall be able to provide the government with the flexibility to assure on-site base support and the supplemental support for key projects.
- Shall not be involved in the approval process of any documents which would define the Government's requirement for acquisition actions or conduct any evaluation of acquisition documents.
- Shall be limited to supporting the Government in a manner that ensures the Government retains inherently governmental decision-making authority; and shall not perform any functions specifically mandated as government employee functions. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, activities that require either the exercise of discretion in applying government authority or the making of value judgments in decision making for the Government.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in related field and at least 10 years of experience
- Must have experience with the following:
- managing and supervising communication technicians and performing communication engineering.
- experience managing large diverse teams of 10-100 personnel.
- experience working with NIWC is a plus
- installation, maintenance engineering, and program management support of Military Communication Systems

Travel Requirements:
- Occasional travel -less than 10%.
