Job Summary:

We are seeking a Grocery Onboarding & Enablement Specialist to support the onboarding and growth of regional grocery merchants. This role involves direct interaction with merchants and managing the execution of over 100 launch steps, as well as enabling additional features such as store expansions, promotions, and catalog auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute all launch steps noted in the launch tracker.
  
• Enable additional features for merchants, including store expansions, promotions, and catalog auditing.
• Provide merchant-facing support to ensure successful onboarding and growth.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in project management.
• Client-facing experience.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in onboarding.
• Experience with Salesforce.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in project management or Salesforce are a plus.

Education: High School
