The Project Coordinator is responsible for daily coordination of client and firm project planning, administrative tasks and processes related to company operations for staff and clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with the teammates throughout project planning and execution processes. This may include, but is not limited to, the tasks below.
• Screen and coordinate incoming project requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the logistics for conferences and special events.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees and Associates, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
• Code invoices and process expenses in company expense platform.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff and project needs
• Format and proofread documents and presentations.
• Prepare proposal documents and vendor registrations.
• Assist with client project coordination.
• Conduct research as requested.
• Maintain a general level understanding of our services. Use this knowledge to recognize and solve potential problems and understand internal and external requests.
• Interact with potential and existing clients with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties, as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
- HS Diploma required
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills required
- Experience in a client support services field
- Experience with data entry and document management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelors preferred
- Adobe Acrobat experience is preferred
