Project Manager - Mass General Brigham Community Physicians- Hybrid

Somerville, Massachusetts

Employer: Mass General Brigham Community Physicians
Industry: Professional/Managerial
Salary: Competitive
Job type: Full-Time

About Us

Mass General Brigham Community Physicians (MGBCP), a member of Mass General Brigham, is the premier health system partner for independent primary care and specialty practices in Massachusetts and across New England. Working closely with all of our affiliate physicians and strategic partners to ensure that we understand their issues, opportunities, and priorities, we develop strategic ambulatory partnerships with innovative delivery models that expand the scope and impact of our network - all while maintaining alignment with system goals. Are you ready to join our team, serve as the voice of the affiliate physicians, and provide them with the support they need to grow their practices and provide exceptional care to their patients?

The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Senior Project Manager and alongside MGBCP's President and Senior Leadership team, the Project Manager will not only be responsible for developing, communicating, and executing project timelines, milestones, key performance indicators, and deliverables, but they will also support key external-facing activities and initiatives. These include:

  • Board meeting preparation and communication including agenda planning, content creation, and meeting management
  • Promotion of Network Community Affiliate Growth, from the moment of initial inquiry throughout the entire journey
  • Affiliate Advisory Meeting preparation, including agenda planning, content creation, and meeting management

The Project Manager will have the unique opportunity to work both autonomously and collaboratively, as well as both creatively and analytically. Because the position will entail interfacing with a variety of stakeholders at all levels (internal and external), it will require the ability to effectively communicate, build synergistic relationships, relay information in a meaningful way to the audience, multitask/prioritize, and act with appropriate discretion while handling sensitive and confidential matters. This role offers an exciting "start-up" feel within a stable framework and access to a robust benefits package tailored to meet your needs!

This is a hybrid position - the majority of the work can be done remotely, but there will be routine onsite presence required at our Corporate Headquarters in Assembly Row (Somerville, MA), typically about 3-4 times a month. During the initial training period, we would need more on-site presence.

Due to the hybrid nature of the role, we ensure that our employees receive required technology and training to be proficient and independently productive in all job responsibilities regardless of work location. Employees are responsible for designating a workspace within the remote work location that is private, safe, ergonomic, and free from distractions for all hours worked.
