Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager.

Position Summary

The Project Manager manages the overall safety, quality, production, maintenance, and other administrative functions for the facility as supervised by Director of Plant Operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Continuous improvement of processes and management methods to generate improved plant performance and workflow optimization and efficiencies.
  • Plant engineering and maintenance (equipment and facilities).
  • Overseeing/Coordinating on-going environment projects, compliance and improvement.
  • Strive to improve the plant's safety accident record year over year in creating positive safety culture for all employees.

Qualifications

Education: High School Graduate/GED. Vocational/technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or similar field preferred.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air conditioning with experience in repairs and maintenance. Experience in a hospital setting strongly preferred.

Licensure/Certification: . Valid driver's licence; CPI and CPR Certified

Other: Supervisory skills; customer service skills; teaching or training skills; willingness to travel, including overnight travel, in work capacity. Skills in maintaining information as highly confidential; Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team

HIPAA: Has access to all PHI necessary to perform job functions of managing and directing departments and assuring compliance with standards of care.
