Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their client's Enterprise Applications Tool Operations team. This individual will be responsible for integrating Salesforce with other systems, developing custom solutions, managing releases, analyzing the business requirements and maintaining high-quality code. They will be a key member for the ongoing buildout and enhancement of their enterprise-wide Salesforce CRM platform to scale and support the company. This position will need to understand how to maintain, optimize and expand date integrations between various platforms including Snowflake through various integration methods.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer working in a scalable environment including experience working with Apex and LWC/Aura Components
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Health Cloud
Prior experience designing, developing and implementing customized solutions using the Salesforce platform
- Including creating custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, triggers, etc.
Proficient with SOQL, SOSL, Apex Web Services, SOAP, REST and 3rd party integrations
Strong experience with automating data loads via data loader API from internal server

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 and Platform Developer 2
Previous healthcare experience
Experience managing an Salesforce implementation through the full SDLC
Expert with Git
Thorough understanding of Salesforce governor limits to build at scale
Experience defining and implementing an effective release strategy including planning, communication, testing, go live, and future iteration
