A financial firm is looking for aSalesforce Developer to join their team in Dallas, TX.

Pay: $70-75/hr

They are looking for a senior developer with a minimum of 8 years of financial industry experience working with Salesforce.

Responsibilities:
• Ability to partner with the business analysts to implement a wholistic solution using Salesforces tools and sometimes a combination with in-house applications to support the sales and investor relations business functions
• Work with the team to strategize, track, and implement tasks related to the migration efforts and new Salesforce implementation
• Enhance Salesforce platform fornew business with custom screens, buttons, flows and calculations
• Help establish a process to manage all Salesforce customizations and user interface changes like page layouts, search layouts, workflows, calculated fields
• Build effective application integration strategies by identifying tools to integrate upstream and downstream applications with the Salesforce platform
•Work independently on development and comfortable with working on multiple projects and deliverables and escalate delays or issues timely validations, notifications, and alerts
• Monitor the health of Salesforce data replication to local SQL database for custom reporting for fundraising and sales functions and work with the DBA team to troubleshoot when needed
• Manage Salesforce sandboxes, including data refresh from prod instance and user administration
• Provide ongoing production support with a quick turnaround and accountability to resolve the issue and report/log bugs in Azure DevOps Boards

Qualifications:
• Expertise in creating and managing Salesforce APEX objects, including creating and managing custom fields
• Expertise in using Salesforce SFDX, APIs, SOQL/SOSL, data upload to read and write data in partnership with other downstream/upstream applications at clientvia REST / SOAP (Web API, WCF), and SQL
• Expertise in creating and managing workflows and triggers, calculations, and data uploads
• Experience in designing Salesforce layouts, dashboards, UX
• Knowledge in integration services, reporting platforms and workflow platforms
•Knowledge of running through Salesforce development efforts through the IT SDLC process, including development, testing, QA, and prod release
• Strong communication and writing skills, highly organized, ambition to proactively seek answers and improve process
