Salesforce Developer Intro

On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is seeking a Salesforce Developer. This position is for a Salesforce developer responsible for implementing innovative solutions that support our business. The Sales and Service Technology team is a forward-leaning development organization that leverages agile methodologies. The position will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and support of assigned Salesforce components within the Sales and Service Technology portfolio. This position will interact with business stakeholders and technology counterparts across many areas within Schwab.

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years' Salesforce design and development experience working across the full development and operational support life cycle
- Expertise in Salesforce Configuration & Administration, Workflow, Triggers, Process Builders, Visualforce, Apex coding and batch
- Experience with Lighting Web Component development and integration
- Understanding of Salesforce Communities, a plus
- Experience integrating SOAP and RESTful Web Services is a plus
- Knowledge of software design patterns
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams, working collaboratively across team boundaries
- Demonstrated ability to work alone or in a group while multi-tasking on different projects
- Working knowledge of the Agile/Scrum development methodology a plus

Desired Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of software design patterns
- Working knowledge of the Agile/Scrum development methodology
- Experience integrating SOAP and RESTful Web Services is a plus
