Position Purpose:
To perform a wide variety of tasks related to the research mission of the department, including assisting with the non-technical parts of proposals, both pre- and post-award, and assisting with non-technical tasks supporting research being conducted in the department.

Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp: Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree . Will consider applicants with Associate's degree + 2 years of experience, or HS Diploma +4 years of experience.

- Writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work well with staff, faculty, and students, in particular communications skills for gathering information and contributions from others.
- Ability to edit web pages and post content in them; familiarity with Word/Excel/PowerPoint or equivalent tools.
- Ability/willingness to multitask, set priorities, have attention to detail, and follow through with tasks.
