Position: Retail Key Account Manager
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take charge of their key account merchandising and events strategy, ensuring that both customer and vendor service standards are consistently met. This role is crucial in optimizing the in-store and online purchasing experience, creating a seamless journey that delights customers while boosting engagement. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies for new product launches and promotional campaigns, designed to drive traffic and elevate both online and brick-and-mortar (B&M) stores.
The role also involves setting operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards. Managing retail and marketing budgets with a focus on cost-effective strategies, this candidate will deliver exceptional results without compromising on quality. Staying on top of industry trends and technologies, they will continuously improve the purchasing experience across all channels.
This individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, key retail partners, and suppliers, ensuring that merchandising, events, and marketing strategies are executed flawlessly. Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin, speaking and writing.
- 8+ years of experience in retail operations, including at least 5 years in the U.S. market, with a preference for experience working with major accounts such as Best Buy, Costco, and Walmart.
- Experience in 3C electronics or as a sales representative is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed, with negotiable remote work arrangements.
- Sales experience with and/or to the following companies: BestBuy, Walmart, Costco.
