This role is perfect for candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience in a professional business-oriented setting who are capable of providing top-notich administrative support to both the Risk Management and Legal departments. The role involves managing risk management tasks, resolving lender service requests, coordinating information/document requests, maintaining the digital document platform, and assisting with insurance product placements. Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000 / year DOE

Risk Management Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining risk management documents and insurance information
  • Support the risk management and legal teams in tracking and coordinating insurance claims, policies, and renewals
  • Assist in gathering data and preparing reports on risk management metrics
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and compliant
  • Manage project deadlines and assist with ensuring compliance with risk management protocols
  • Organize and maintain accurate physical and electronic files related to risk management activities
  • Assist in research, drafting reports, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues that arise during the risk management process
  • Help track and manage the insurance policy renewal process

Risk Management Administrative Assistant Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a professional business setting; experience with insurance is preferred
  • Bachelor s degree in a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Analytical, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and coordinate various projects
  • A self-starter with a desire to grow and advance in risk management
  • Ability to travel periodically as needed
