General Statement of Job:
The dedicated Secured Space Team (SST) Program Coordinator will oversee scheduling, and support with staffing needs and orientation for all SIS employees of the Client's Secured Space Team. This role is crucial for efficient workforce management, involving collaboration with the recruitment and training teams to track and enhance processes, while also focusing on employee satisfaction and retention. The SST Program Coordinator will report to the SIS Emergency Service Unit Sr. Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
• Develop and manage scheduling processes for all employees, including shift assignments ensuring optimal staffing levels
• Coordinate job specific programs customized to meet the needs of employees' roles and
professional growth.
• In conjunction with the client's SST trainers, develop and implement SST-specific learning sessions, including dispatch/SOC practice, computer skills, and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain a comprehensive documentation of employee performance, training, and development for SST review and future reference.
• Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) as per client MSA
• Perform other job related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Four years experience in program management
• Extensive knowledge of PC and iOS hardware and software including word processing, data
analysis, presentation, email, and calendaring programs; working knowledge of video surveillance
and security systems
• Domestic and/or International travel up to 25% of time required
• Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun)
