We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience working on technical implementation projects/programs to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and writing business requirements using Azure DevOps, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to support a business-critical initiative. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. You will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure that program objectives are met, and that the business requirements are translated into effective solutions. This role can pay between 75-85, depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent plus 7+ years of professional experience in the business analysis discipline (project based)
Experience working on Agile Scrum and/or hybrid projects (heavier scrum)
Experienced writing User Stories using Azure DevOps Boards (ADO)
Experience creating queries with Cloud Data Query (using SQL or Python, etc.)
Experience organizing the Product Backlog based on the prioritization provided by the Product Owner.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Must be a collaborator.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Knowledge of Data Discovery/Data Dictionary/ Data Mapping using Axle at a high level (metadata perspective)
