Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own a capability of the product and understand end to end flow
  • Create user flows, features - with well-defined acceptance criteria and definition of done and get alignment with the scrum team
  • Drive and take part in Feature and User story grooming for PI and Sprint planning activities
  • Manage and field scrum team questions regarding the sprint progress and attend to any blockers identified
  • Ensure features being prepared have a corresponding UX definition identified
  • Create, right size, and prioritize user stories to ensure the acceptance criteria in the feature is met must be able to work with offshore teams
  • Create opportunities to add features / user stories into the common backlog and help refine and prioritize
  • Prioritize and re-evaluate requirements throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure business objectives and product vision are being met
  • Attend scrum team demos and offer constructive feedback
  • Assist Product Manager in maintaining the product backlog, including decomposition of features into accurate and complete user stories and acceptance criteria that are testable by a delivery team

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst in an Agile software development environment
  • Experience with Healthcare frameworks
  • Ability to be an engaged learner with the ability to quickly absorb and understand complex information
  • Experience and high interest in creating communication materials for the team
  • Proven knowledge of and/or experience with Scrum Master and/or Release Train Engineer responsibilities
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration processes

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
