The Senior Change Manager will be working within the Global Business Services Unit. Currently, this group is working to offer Change Management as a service to the organization. The Senior Change Manager will be brought on to assist with a sales-related transformation project and working heavily with the sales department. This individual would assist with a full value stream mapping exercise to understand every step of the process to then design the team structure, processes, and technologies.

The ideal candidate has experience working across different groups/industries/teams. This individual must have experience conducting the full lifecycle of change management, not just siloed in different sectors (i.e. training, communications, engagement, etc.). The Senior Change Manager must be adaptable, able to work across multiple different audiences, and able to handle complex projects. They will be required to present their work to leadership and executives via PowerPoint presentations and assist with writing communications that stakeholders and leaders can share across the organization.

Specifications of the project are still underway from a timeline and deliverables perspective. There have/will be multiple changes including leadership changes previously, upcoming system and process changes, and a large transformation initiative. Engagement and empathy will be at the forefront of change strategy and change to be effective in this role, in addition to simplifying the messaging to bring cohesiveness across the team.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of Change Management experience
Experience in Sales related transformation
Experience managing/leading multiple transformational projects at a time - ideally national/global projects, working across different time zones/different teams
Strong experience with full lifecycle of change management - conducting change impact assessments, doing stakeholder analysis, building out detailed communication/change/training plans, and then executing
Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
Must be extremely organized, well-spoken, concise, and able to work very independently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience leading/managing Agile projects
Global Business Service knowledge or working experience
ProSci certification
