At United, we fly into airports around the entire world. And we need a whole team of people to keep things running in tip-top shape! From the exceptional service at the check-in counter to the departure gate, and even behind the scenes making sure your checked bags arrive with you, our Airport Operations team keeps operations at our airports running smoothly every single day.
The salary for this position is $40,425- $59,290 dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.

This includes medical coverage for employees and their qualified families members such as spouses, domestic partners, and children at no cost. Coverage is in a gold level, high quality medical plan. Employees also have access to dental coverage where United pays 80% of the cost! Key Responsibilities:
- Assists managers and supervisors by performing administrative activities and functions associated with scheduling, payroll, accounts payable, report preparation and wellness administration associated with office and personnel functions in a Station Operations office
- Assists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for station operation functions using computer generated volume data and staffing guidelines
- Forecasts future workforce requirements and may assist in coordinating the adjustment/utilization of staffing resources to meet workload requirements to assure efficient cost and performance control
- Develops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports pertaining to budgets, office forecasts, operations and performance
- Makes local purchases within authorized limits, maintains office supplies and processes local statements for payment
- Performs personnel-related duties including filing, processing payroll in accordance with provisions of union agreements and company policy
- Provides support for management by coordination and preparation of reports associated with personnel functions
- Provides work direction, guidance and training for the Clerk - Station Operations (as necessary)

Qualifications
What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office primarily Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to analyze and report out on data
- Strong and positive communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Detail oriented
- Ability to maintain composure in high volume/high pressure situations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
