Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team!
The position is FULLY REMOTE! Candidates must be comfortable working East Coast hours.
* The Data Analyst will be embedded in product balanced teams; consisting of Product Management, Engineering, and UX.
* The balanced teams are supporting the Customer Communication Post-Sale journey.
o The analyst will be using data to unveil what is occurring today then building the systems to close those gaps.
o Tracking the execution of customer communications post-sale (tracking the order after it's been placed, delivery, post-sale support, etc.)
* Performs data collection, analysis, validation, cleansing, and reporting.
* Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents ETL processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
* Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites.
o Build new data sets.
* Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization.
* Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports.
* Documents reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required.
* Requires experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software.
* Â Strong analytical and organizational skills also essential.

o Needs to be able to clearly articulate their findings and actionable insights
* Statistical analysis
* Documents reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required.
* Requires experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software.
* Â Strong analytical and organizational skills also essential.
