The r o le you'll contribute:

The Senior Project Manager-HR Strategic Services, reporting to the SVP Chief People Officer, investigates, research, reports and provides guidance on human capital strategies to inform and enhance cross functional initiatives. Leads process improvement and project management activities to ensure people-centered strategies align with and are optimized for current and future growth projections. Consistently communicates and reports project status to leadership team with detailed and accurate information. Identifies strategic issues, recommends organizational changes, and collaborates with other leaders to implement necessary changes. Serves as a liaison between executives, business partners, and leaders and assists in the ranking and escalation of critical needs/issues. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility for maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

• Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, reporting and providing solutions for short-term and long-term human capital strategies.
• Responsible for preparing materials and presentations for CPO to further the advancement of the organization to key stakeholders
• Manages multiple highly complex projects with business unit impact
• Works independently on projects or leads cross functional teams and collaborates with support and operational leaders.
• Manages the coordination of resources for strategic projects and initiatives; delegates project tasks to appropriate individuals as needed.
• Accountable for creation of comprehensive work plans. Ensures key project components are in place, such as setting up appropriate project organization, a clear statement of requirements and benefits, planning and scheduling project activities, controlling the execution of project plans, managing risk and quality, and change control.

Qualifications
T he expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

• Master's degree in business administration, Health Administration, Business, or another related field

• Five years' experience in healthcare, business development, strategic planning and/or operations

• Experience in managing projects, preferably in a healthcare or technology realm, utilizing standard project management concepts.

• AdventHealth Residency program experience and/or three years project management experience

• Certification in a relevant performance improvement, project management or change management methodology (i.e. Lean, PMI, PROSCI, etc.)
