Job Overview:

Are you passionate about driving innovation in the mobile / PC market using Arm technologies? As a Compute Subsystem (CSS) product manager, you’ll be at the forefront of reshaping the industry. Your mission is to define CSS in a way to deliver a step change in compute and graphics performance efficiency. You will be leading cross-functional teams, influence product direction, and lead the charge toward ground breaking solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Define CSS product and roadmap strategy from product concept, definition and execution through end of life for premium mobile and laptop markets
  • Own CSS for Client definition in which we deliver our promise of performance, efficiency, and schedule benefits for partners
  • Drive cross-functional effort to define cost and business models, validates them for CSS products, and ensures alignment with business direction
  • Lead and support the engagement of design services, foundries, and silicon partners to define roles and responsibilities, pre- and post-development workflows, and quality standards for successful CSS integration
  • Stay up to date on competitive landscape, foundry technologies, and standard body activities (e.g. JEDEC, UCIe) to define competitive CSS product
  • Drive 3rd party IP engagement (including sensors, analog DMC, PHY, multimedia IP) to identify a path to differentiate CSS
  • Build trust with partners, lead effective communication channels, and bring partner insights throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Work closely with SiP/OEM/ODM partners and involve throughout all stages of a product lifecycle to ensure the achievement of product objectives


Required Skills and Experience :

  • Proven track record in conceptualizing 'new' product and its successful commercialization
  • In-depth understanding of mobile and PC market
  • Strong engineering background - SoC architecture, Chiplet, D2D, system IP
  • Good understanding of mobile/laptop SoC design constraints
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams
  • Strong analytical skills to align product vision with business goals
  • Experience in collaboration with foundries (e.g. TSMC, Samsung, Intel) is a plus
  • Adapt quickly to changes


“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • Experience in post-silicon, RMA, and maintenance support for tier 1 partners
  • Experience from design service company


Salary Range:

From: $198,027.00

To: $267,920.00
