As a Senior Product Manager for TurboTax Live Business Tax, you will lead the growth of our new offering targeting small business owners. Your focus will be customer onboarding and activation across the Business Tax portfolio - Live Assisted & Full Service. Your role will focus on delivering solutions that help simplify the complexity of tax preparation and filing while driving customer confidence. You will help transform annual tax compliance into a year-round financial success tool for small business owners. You will lead a cross-functional team to identify customer needs and pain points, create transformative solutions, and translate them into actionable development plans - create concepts, prototype solutions, measure, iterate and manage end-of-end feature launch and analysis, efficiently scale with speed and high quality.

To excel in this role, you must have a solid background in digital product management and possess exceptional leadership skills with a strong bias for action. You should have experience working in complex, high-stakes industries and be comfortable navigating ambiguity and making tough decisions. The successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver who is comfortable working in a highly collaborative and customer-obsessed work environment. Experience working in two-sided markets and SaaS products, as well as a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations, will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, focusing on creating high-value experiences for specific customer and expert cohorts
  • Lead development teams (engineering, design, and business) to define the roadmap, product requirements, user stories, and launch for new features and integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches and feature releases
  • Own and drive key performance metrics to ensure product growth, success, and customer satisfaction
  • Create learning plans to identify and test the biggest hypotheses to drive your KPIs and success metrics
  • Identifies new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends, and best practices
  • Present regularly to the core/leadership teams on product strategy, performance, and milestones
