Title: Software Developer - Data Engineering

Location: Dallas, TX

As a software engineer on the data team, you will have a direct impact on the business by collaborating directly with end users across the organization. In this role, you'll have the ability to take ownership of projects and special initiatives including roadmapping, design and software development.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with front office to onboard new vendors with novel data sets, enrich or replace existing processes, and enhance security masters.
• Partner directly with internal users to understand their needs and collaborate on solution ideas.
• Deliver software solutions using Python and SQL, building a data platform, pipelines and enhancing security masters.
• Design schemas and think through data manipulation to make the database more efficient.

What you bring:

• Software development experience using Python
• Ability to design schemas and think through data manipulation
• Track record of project ownership, taking initiative and a desire to learn new things
