Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and translate business requirements into functional system specifications
- Define, document and coordinate the functional system specifications
- Assist with defining and documenting technical system specifications
- Analyze and revise existing functional and technical documentation
- Generate innovative ideas to resolve problems
- Effectively communicate with IT and business stakeholders with varying levels of authority and responsibility
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding all defined target goals and milestone dates for the project in order to ensure its overall success
Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience working in the different phases of software development lifecycle
- 4+ years of Business Analysis experience
- 4+ years of experience writing functional system requirements

- Experience facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) or similar requirement gathering sessions
- Experience working with test plans and test cases; user stories, use cases and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Proficiency with MS Visio
- Knowledge of XML and table structures, preferred
- Previous hands-on software development experience, preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- MUST be able to pass a Background check and Drug test
