Sr. Financial Analyst

• Hybrid position, some remote work & some on-site at either location: Murfreesboro, TN OR Upper Sandusky, OH
• Coordinate the production budget with General Manager at the Ohio plant
• Consolidate, analyze, and make recommendations on financial data (budget, forecast, result) on a monthly-quarterly-annual basis.
• Analyze annual and quarterly financial statements to extract salient points regarding financial performance and gap versus goals, including business analytics and insights.
• Prepare trend analysis, comparisons, and graphs, as required per management
• Prepare professional executive-level presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Provide support for external audit requirements including quarterly adjusted trial balances as well annual forecasts 1~3 years.
Prepare related procedures, policies, business flows, instructions, and forms for Financial-Planning-Analysis functions.

Required Skills & Experience
• Prefer at least 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analyst areas
• Plant or manufacturing industry experience
• Knowledge of computer-based operations (Microsoft Office Intermediate level, Excel Advanced, and PowerPoint) and associated programs
• Experience preparing financial statements, annual budgets, reporting, forecasting, KPIs and analysis plants or manufacturing facilities
• Bachelors degree (Accounting or Finance preferred)
• Ability to work remotely/hybrid
