As the Senior Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you will lead the maintenance operations at one of the level one sites, overseeing a team of 50+ Maintenance Technicians, Engineers, Electronics Technicians, and Supervisors. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. As a member of the plant leadership team, you will lead maintenance strategies, manage large-scale projects, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in implementing maintenance strategies, optimizing process effectiveness, and managing maintenance budgets.

Strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices, including corrective, preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance. (Big Focus on Reliability Maintenance)

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a large and diverse team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Familiarity with maintenance management systems and software.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with the wire and cable manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

SAP PM experience.

Have led the maintenance department in a manufacturing location with 500+ employees.
