As a Staff Program Manager on the team focused on Service Domain Standards and Business Policy, you'll drive the Standards and Policies strategy and execution for one of our Services - making your vision a reality. This role lives within the QuickBooks Expert team - the epitome of a mission driven team. We're seeking an Accounting, Tax and Payroll Specialist that not only has deep domain expertise but is also experienced in setting up standards for large scale

organizations and has an innovative mindset to craft an industry leading service.

Responsibilities

• Lead crafting and executing the Service Domain Standards and Business Policy strategy for one of QuickBooks
• Live Services that enables the delivery of industry leading quality at scale
• Translate customer insights and industry expertise into a strategy and roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes
• Weigh several critical initiatives against each other and prioritize based on customer impact and strategic relevance
• Effectively partner across organizations to deliver cohesive experiences and customer outcomes
• Lead a cross-functional team with boundaryless leadership, knowing when and how to work with product, service teams, and operations
• Help teams through ambiguity by driving data-back decisions with leaders, adopting a learning mindset and consistently biasing yourself and your team toward action
• Identify new opportunities based on deep customer insights, competitive research, and industry trends
• Draft Standards for specific Accounting and Tax practices that our QuickBooks Live Experts will follow and maintain source of truth documentation (Job Aids) to be leveraged by cross functional teams including product, training, and operations teams
• Partner with Learning and Development team members to ensure Job Aids are effectively rolled out to bookkeepers and kept up to date
