- Implement sales strategies to promote our plastic surgery services and increase patient bookings.
- Schedule and coordinate surgical procedures, working closely with plastic surgeon, and operating room staff.
- Provide detailed information about our services, including pricing, financing options, and post-operative care.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries, providing additional information and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Conduct patient consultations along surgeon, providing information about surgical procedures, answering questions, presenting quote, and collecting deposit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Arrange post-operative and follow-up appointments for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist Operative Team in obtaining any medical clearances needed for patient's procedure.

- Knowledge of plastic surgery procedures, terminology, and medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
