Switchboard Student Worker - IT Helpdesk

The Switchboard Student Worker's role is to provide excellent customer service for users calling the University and routing the calls to the requested areas in a timely and accurate fashion. The support is primarily via phone but may be in person at times.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

1. Answering phones for the University.

2. Route customers appropriately.

3. Maintain repair metrics at the required level.

Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies

Candidates for this position should have some familiarity with customer service roles.

Work Environment
The position allows for a maximum of 18 hours/week during the semester, and up to 40 hours/week during breaks. Nights and weekends are required. Office hours are 7AM - 10PM Monday - Friday. 10AM - 6PM Saturday, 1PM - 6PM Sunday.
