Our client, an industry leader in automated Parking Systems and Services, is looking for a Systems/Field Support Technician local to Sacremeneto. This role will require traveling around Sacremento, you will be given a company vehicle and tools to travel to customer sites to fix mechanical, hardware, and software problems with their automated parking systems. This role will be a hybrid between system support and field technician responsibilities, we're looking for someone who is comfortable being onsite to troubleshoot the systems by hand and set up SQL & Application servers. Since this role will be the sole Systems Administrator in the region you will be responsible for PCI compliance checks, new software installation and upgrades, and field maintenance on parking systems. Our client is looking for someone who is self-motivated, accountable, and strong in customer service to sustain strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years' experience in cabling/telecommunication troubleshooting or installs
1-3 years' experience in software and Hardware Installation and configuration
1-3 years' experience supporting systems in a networked environment
Experience configuring SQL Servers, operating & computer systems
Valid Driver's License
