Technical Business Systems Analyst

Insight Global is hiring for a Technical Business Analyst/Programmer for one of their clients located in SoCal. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to assist with the encoding and review of loan documents. This role involves using this companies' proprietary print engine, which incorporates basic HTML, CSS, and core programming concepts, to ensure the accuracy and quality of mortgage documents. This resource must also be curious enough to ask questions to the team and stakeholders to see if they're getting the most out of their product/technology.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ Years of experience in a BSA role/Programming role
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Extensive understanding of core programming concepts (e.g., if/switch logic, loops, variables, comments).
- Strong quality analysis and verification skills.
- Ability to perform PDF markup (Adobe Acrobat preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with ticket tracking systems (Jira preferred).

- Mortage Industry experience
