About the Team
As a Program Manager for the Anti-fraud operations team , you will be responsible for integrating, aligning, and coordinating cross functional building, deployment, and scaling of anti-fraud business processes. Candidates for this role need to be able to balance multiple points of view, articulate primary considerations, be adaptable, and can work across various teams and countries

Roles & Responsibilities
- Expert in Account Security/Cybersecurity/ Account Takeover/Anti-Crawling
- Investigate large scale escalated issues, and deep dive to identify the root cause of the problem. You will work under occasionally in emergent situations to identify a problem, develop a solution, and provide an opinion on behalf of the team to internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on antifraud operations core functions, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders -- including Engineering, UG/Campaign, Product, PR, Legal, and Customer Service -- to develop and launch relevant anti fraud strategies and policies from end-to-end
- Refine processes, systems and tools, and help expand our support and awareness of emerging product escalations as they occur.
- Conduct trend analysis on past incidents to understand any gaps in coverage and help identify possible incidents before they occur.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Full-time working experience in program management, or incident management preferably in a related field: Trust and Safety, risk, anti-fraud operations, internal control etc.
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business, communications, public policy, law, or related fields.
- Experience working cross-functionally to solve complex problems.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and good project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with E-commerce risk management and ecosystem management, strategic business sensitivity will be advantageous
- Capacity to draw actionable insights from datasets; knowledge of SQL, Python, or equivalent is a plus
