About the Team
The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.

Responsibilities
In this role, we are seeking the right candidate to improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness of the content lifecycle in platform campaigns, including
- Developing and optimizing content mechanisms to drive seller and creator content supply, including short video and live streaming.
- Increasing content supply growth across mechanisms through development and launch of incentive plans that aid in additional traffic exposure or increase overall content across key touchpoints.
- Ideating and defining the content creation playbook and best practices with a network of cross-functional partners (e.g. Sellers, Creators, Creative, Marketing) in order to elevate content supply and build brand reputation.
- Evaluating past performance and indicators to identify the penetration targets required in order to deliver campaign goals based on different content mechanisms.
- Partnering with promotion and merchandising counterparts to drive incremental GMV through thoughtful integration of product assortment and user promotions within content mechanisms.
- Monitoring campaign performance to proactively identify risks, and leveraging creative problem solving to resolve effectively while delivering to goals.
- Streamlining workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and appropriate timelines for seller/creator content creation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years in Content Operations with in-depth understanding of content operations and lifecycle
- A track record of driving operational and efficiency improvements for the end-to-end content lifecycle
- Able to effectively communicate across different audience and stakeholder groups and drive key decision alignment.
- Adept at creative problem-solving and adaptable to ambiguity, shifting approaches or priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and educating diverse groups of sellers or content creators

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years in marketing agency or B2B enterprise marketing setting
- Strong understanding of TikTok's short video and live streaming platforms
- Experience creating short video or livestream content strategies for small and medium businesses
