About the Team
The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign data operation: work with data scientists and analysts, centralise and manage campaign data requirements and data product optimization, delivering high quality insights like topic insight, recap, ad-hoc analysis.
2. SOP and guideline management: work with cross functional teams, integrate and build up campaign calendars and campaign management rules, guardrails, processes, to build up collaborative campaign experience.
3. Reporting management: work with, manage internal and external campaign reporting, like WBR, MBR, empower team excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. E-commerce operation/analytic experience required
2. Project management skills, able to work with different functions to build up productive processes.
3. Efficient in dealing with data and reporting.
4. Well organised in oral and written communication, able to help the teams to make efficient decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Data analytics or PMO experience is a plus
2. E-commerce campaign expertise will be an addition
