About the Team
The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.

The Celebrity Operations team is responsible for coordinating and managing the live streaming activities of celebrities for selling products, ensuring smooth communication between celebrities, producers and TTS. Additionally, we help optimize product selection and maximize GMV.

Responsibilities:
1. Design an integrated marketing plan to increase the GMV of Creator Branded Product "CBP" merchants in TTS.
2. Collaborate with XFN team to align brand promotions with overall marketing initiatives.
3. Analyze shop performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy and improve conversion rates.
4. Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends and algorithm changes to ensure maximum visibility for the shop.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Established experience in eCommerce, social media platforms, digital content
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the livestreaming, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing industry

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of livestreaming platforms, technologies, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
