About the Team
The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.
The Creator Operations team is focused on two main responsibilities. Analyzing data and trends to develop strategies for managing and optimizing the performance of e-commerce creators, and identifying opportunities for growth, improving content quality, and maximizing the impact of creator collaborations to drive GMV and brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for TikTok US E-commerce central creator operations project management, including project initiation, execution, implementation, and post-project review to ensure the smooth progress of business objectives.
- Liaise with various business requirements, continuously identify and analyze project, business, and organizational issues, conduct internal and external coordination work to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Assist in promoting the standardization of project processes, formulation, and process optimization, and based on experience in project management, develop relevant methodologies and SOPs.
- Deeply involved in team building, including but not limited to management mechanism design and iteration, knowledge system construction, team-wide information management, and large-scale conference activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of project management/PMO-related work experience in an internet company, with a preference for experience in strategic consulting, business operations, product, or related analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive thinking, meticulous thinking, with structured thinking and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, mature and responsible, adept at handling complex tasks requiring collaboration among multiple teams, possessing excellent stress resistance and execution capabilities.
- Strong grounding in project management methodologies and specific practices, possessing a strategic perspective to assist the team in efficiently achieving goals.
