TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Capacity and Planning Manager to play a crucial role in developing and optimizing fulfillment operations. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the capacity planning processes within the supply chain to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment of customer demands. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills where you will identify opportunities for operational improvements, implement scalable systems, and drive efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain capacity plans that align with demand forecasts and business objectives. Analyze production capabilities and constraints to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Balance supply and demand, assess and improve efficiency of logistics operations.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze capacity data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations. Continuously improve capacity planning processes through data-driven insights.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment on capacity planning initiatives. Facilitate regular meetings to review and adjust capacity plans as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the capacity planning function. Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assess and mitigate risks related to capacity constraints and production disruptions. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure business continuity.
- Prepare and present regular reports on capacity planning metrics and performance to senior management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management, capacity planning, production planning, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred.
