Governance and Experience is a global team aiming to build a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user experience and work on policies, rules, products and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for passionate talents to join us, thus together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

What You'll Do
- Support the strategic planning of US e-commerce business, to uplift Governance and Experience.
- Able to independently conduct industry research (including but not limited to merchant or product governance, user experience improvement, logistics support and other fields), summarize industry best practices and provide recommendations for the business.
- Able to independently conduct in-depth analysis on e-commerce business, to obtain data-driven insights, identify opportunities, and thus influence business strategy direction
- Able to support special projects and strategic initiatives involving cross-function teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience related to e-commerce
- Experience in management consulting or business strategy will be a plus.
- Ability to conduct in-depth research and analytics projects independently.
- Outstanding framework and logic, sensitive to data, good communication, and the ability to adapt to high-intensity and fast-moving work pace.
- SQL-related experience will be a plus.
