Team Overview
The function of the KA (Key Accounts) Strategy Team is to provide growth support to our key clients through strategic planning, resource allocation, and cross-department collaboration. You will have the opportunity to directly engage in the operations of top-tier merchants in the industry and also contribute to resource planning for key clients in the business.
We hope that our team members possess a dual perspective of high-level strategy and hands-on operations to effectively serve our most important clients.

Responsibilities
- Leverage data and analysis to discover innovative operation strategies for our top Home brands/merchants, and execute growth strategy by deeply understanding the TikTok Shop proposition and ecosystem, as well as the needs and decision drivers for brands - Develop exclusive incentive policies for our top Home brands/merchants and invest platform resources, budget effectively and efficiently, and coach and enable your brands to grow their business with the right tools, process, and partnership model - Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and case studies to onboard brands to TikTok Shop, build brand partnerships - Work cross-functionally to resolve challenges across merchandising, logistics, product, and platform

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in business analysis, consulting, e-commerce or paid media
- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
- Strong ownership, commitment, responsibility for business objectives - Data driven and proactive

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, familiar with other e-commerce platform strategies
- Previous working experience with other top e-commerce/social media platforms or top home brands/retailers
- Track record of delivering & exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong connections with brands and distributors
