About the team
The team's mission is to enable three-day delivery from Fulfillment by TikTok via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our global logistics team. Together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for new warehouse including fulfillment center and inbound hub launch, including system training, parcel testing, etc.
2. Identify system issues and improvment opportunities in warehouse operations.
3. Take part in product solution design for domestic network and carrier routing, including system configuration, training and other go-to-market activities.
4. Perform in-depth research and analysis of the local carrier market. Work closely with the local operation team and logistic partners, constantly innovate and optimize operation models and system solutions.
5. Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of working experience in US e-commerce fulfillment and logistics industry. Solid working experience in e-commerce fulfillment in the US.
2. 3+ years of experience in delivery network system solution experience or carrier management system experience.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Excellent communication, cross-team collaboration and system project management skills.
2. Exhibit E-commerce thinking, customer-oriented, spirit of exploration, strong sense of responsibility, strong data analysis skill and project management skill, and rich experience in cross functional communication and coordination.
3. Experience in international ecommerce logistics
