In this position, you will be involved in TikTok Shop's marketing campaigns targeting top brands in the US, starting from scratch. Join us as we drive the future of e-commerce here at TikTok.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in conceptualizing, developing, and executing Marketing IP campaigns (joint marketing campaigns for single brands) , including but not limited to seller IP (such as Super Brand Day), user IP, creator IP, etc
-Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including internal account managers, user research, creator managers, and other cross-functional teams (such as marketing teams, public relations, graphic designers, product teams, R&D teams, etc.) to create and optimize activities.
-Conduct data analysis on activity performance (including targeting orders and GMV goals) and provide ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization, such as innovative ideas, partnerships, and activations to improve IP performance.
-Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimize IP campaigns.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
-2-5 years of experience in e-commerce campaigns or category marketing, familiar with local e-commerce platform marketing campaigns in the US
-Excellent writing skills, planning, copywriting, live content planning or editing experience, or marketing planning experience in large companies
-Sharp user product awareness, familiar with strong interactive products such as TikTok and Instagram both domestically and internationally, enjoys understanding and accepting new things, has a wide range of interests, and is sensitive to trendy topics
-Strong execution, communication, and stress resistance abilities, able to quickly achieve results
-Excellent communication and resource integration skills
