About the team
Part of the Global E-commerce team, we are looking for business talents to drive the growth for TikTok Shop's newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Shopping Center.
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions and a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the C-side product work of the recommendation feed in the TT shopping center, be responsible for optimizing the product card, and enhance the experience and conversion rate;
2. Be responsible for the implementation of the advertising strategy of the recommendation feed, coordinate with the advertising team, and enhance the advertising efficiency of the mall's recommendation feed;
3. In-depth understanding of user needs, insight into users, continuously explore the needs of users in e-commerce shopping experience, and design product functions, strategies, and mechanisms;
4. Combine business status, data analysis, user research and other methods to insight and explore new growth points and optimization directions of the product
5. Cooperate with the global team, coordinate internal and external resources, actively drive and coordinate relevant teams such as technology and operation, and effectively promote to ensure the high-quality landing of the project

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Have good data analysis and problem-solving skills, and be able to work with different teams to ensure the achievement of goals;
2. Simultaneously have the ability of the C-terminal user perspective and strategic products, and be able to deeply understand user needs to ensure user experience;
3. Goal-oriented, strong pressure resistance, and have excellent communication skills and cross-team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more work experience, and have experience in e-commerce recommendation feed or advertising monetization is preferred;
