For years, TikTok has played a central role in the shopping journey for the Personal Care category with #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt. The TikTok Shop Personal Care business is looking for a passionate retail & marketplace champion to help us build our business and deliver exponential growth!

Role Overview
We are looking for an E-commerce industry expert as a Program Manager who will be responsible for Campaigns and special initiatives for TikTok Shop Personal Care. This role will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of business goals, effective cross-functional execution, and raising the bar for program management and execution.
As a Program Manager, you will be working closely with our account management, marketing and operation teams to ensure the successful end-to-end execution of new and existing campaigns and initiatives. This includes working on major events like Black Friday, Holiday, and Personal Care-specific themes and events. You are also responsible for driving our automation and technology together with our developer teams and deals managers, making processes more efficient and simple.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, own, and manage Personal Care Campaigns plan & execution - partnering with Category Leaders, Category Manager and central Campaigns team to facilitate the right seller participation, assortment selection, deal strategy, and optimal use of traffic & visibility levers
• Manage execution to deliver an appealing experience for shoppers, partner well with sellers, but also land strong Creator activation as part of campaign program management
• Lead roadmap for platform campaigns (like Black Friday Sales), effectively prioritize business and product opportunities from a wide range of inputs, and ensure alignment with all stakeholders.
• Design suitable campaign events from user-end and business perspectives and lead projects to identify improvement levers (e.g. traffic, pricing, selection, etc.)
• Improve existing processes and initiate new tools/processes to drive automation for our campaigns and offerings.
• Ongoing campaign selection quality checks and identification of optimization potential for our customers across teams.
• Performance analysis of current and past campaigns, driving action plans and reporting to senior leadership
• Support the end-to-end execution of platform campaigns, working closely with different stakeholders to pre-empt and resolve issues.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 5+ years of performance marketing or campaign management in e-commerce or retail environment
- Stakeholder and project management skills, ability to prioritize and make decisions after considering short/long term business goals.

Preferred qualification
-Previous experience working on campaign tools and/or working on major campaigns (eg Black Friday, Holiday sales).
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
-Previous experience working with sellers and brands, strong interest in retail is a plus.
- Familiarity with social commerce and/or live shopping.
