TikTok Shops Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for an experienced Program Manager for US Supply Chain & Logistics PMO. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of US Logistics organization. You will be responsible for orchestrating key initiatives, facilitating collaboration across various teams, and driving strategic planning efforts to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely project delivery and resolve bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Drive strategic planning activities, including operational cycles, reviews, and leadership discussions.
- Implement frameworks to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and escalate issues as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute initiatives to drive business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience within supply chain or eCommerce industry.
