Team Overview
The function of the Scaled Operations Strategy team is to streamline operational processes within the Home cluster and optimize the performance and efficiency of seller management and growth at scale, driving design and implementation of key operational initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis and internal/external research to design operational strategies, including benchmarking and target setting, designing strategical levers and incentives, defining key milestones, developing SOPs and R&R of stakeholders
- Coordinate project implementation by establishing syncing mechanisms, monitor key milestones and metrics, and manage incentives and various types of resources
- Review project effectiveness and efficiency, and codify and promote best practices
- Sustain close communication and alignment with cross-functional teams to optimize the overall operational performance and efficiency across the Home cluster
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with previous experience in business analysis, consulting, or project management
- Data driven, able to perform data analysis under complex business situations
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Results-oriented and self-driven, with strong ownership and commitment towards business objectives
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with previous business analysis, project management experience at top e-commerce/social media platforms, top home & living brands or top-tier consulting firms
- Familiar with e-commerce strategies and social e-commerce
- Track record of delivering and exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals
