E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering a sustainable sales environment, and enhancing the purchase experience.
Responsibilities
- Design sellers performance requirements and policies related to onboarding, seller performance, seller services and seller funds management by conducting benchmark research and understanding sellers' profilings
- Drive programs to mitigate risks and launch enforcement strategies targeting problems related to high cancellation, late shipment, bad seller services, seller abuse and tiring of sellers to ensure good purchasing experiences while balancing frictions added to sellers
- Establish processes and investigational framework to identify emerging seller abuses and respond to any regulatory inquires regarding sellers malicious behaviors
- Drive key metric improvements in areas related to onboarding KYB/KYC processes, policy education and IPR infringement mitigations
- Building global seller governance related capability,mechanism,monitoring,service and support all regional teams achieve governance targets.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirement
- Global professional experience in E-commerce platform governance, compliance or regulatory research fields
- Experience acting as a program manager and collaborating with XFN teams to drive end results
- Understanding of regulatory trends related to E-Commerce in global market is a strong plus
Preferred Requirement
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Skilled in project management and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
