About The Team
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop short-term and long-term plans for the scale and revenue targets of TikTok's e-commerce business in US, track daily performance, identify problems, propose recommendations and support business reviews and decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of commerce business, including traffic efficiency, user behavior, merchant operation, etc
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build short-term and long-term strategic plans and drive high impact projects
- Provide solid support for business growth through internal and external research and competitor benchmarking
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of work experience, with experience in e-commerce business analysis, commercial analysis, and data analysis preferred;
- Proficient in SQL, experience with tools such as Python is preferred;
- Experience in strategic consulting/internet industry analysis is a plus;
- Have good communication and coordination skills, excellent logical thinking ability, sensitive to data, able to quickly understand business.
