About the Role:
- The TikTok E-commerce Governance Platform Product team is responsible for the efficiency and experience of the governance strategy operations, strategy products, and customer service teams. The team works on building a global governance and control platform with operation tools. The team provides efficient product solutions for multi-market and multi-risk scenarios governance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall planning and construction of the global e-commerce governance platform, including the data monitoring platform, analysis & investigation platform, risk cases management platform, as well as middle & back-end product capacity building
- Responsible for global governance platform construction, to provide users with efficient and convenient internal operation tools
- Someone with high data analysis ability. Ideally, the candidate can discover problems or opportunity areas and drive business growth through effective problem solving.
- Excellent communication, planning and problem solving ability.
- Ability to communicate with teams that may not have English as a first language.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more working experience in e-commerce middle and backend/open platform/data products/risk control/operation platform and other related work experience.
- Ability to work with structured product thinking while providing business acumen.
- Someone with high data analysis ability. Ideally, the candidate can discover problems or opportunity areas and drive business growth through effective problem solving.
- Self-driven and able to articulate data driven product requirements, including discovery & improvement, with a focus on perfection
- Excellent communication, planning and problem solving ability.
- Ability to communicate with teams that may not have English as a first language.
