About the Role:
Governance & Experience (GNE) at TikTok E-Commerce is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality and customer experience. We are looking for product managers to work with cross functional teams (Engineers, data scientists, policy operations, etc) and drive fulfillment improvement strategies and solutions for TikTok E-Commerce in North America regions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-performance team to achieve business objectives and management adjustment according to business needs
- Work closely with cross functional teams on strategies and product solutions to improve E-Commerce fulfillment performance and responsible for end-to-end delivery experience
- Have an in-depth understanding of platform strategies and business knowledge to improve fulfillment performance and related customer experience, design systematic whole-scene strategies and traction mechanisms. Drive complex projects independently, including but not limited to the designing of business-related product modules, and product implementation of governance strategies.
- Be data driven, understand and define North Star Metrics that reveal the fulfillment performance level. Work with data scientists to design and build the dynamic monitoring mechanism as well as visualization. Continuously looking for approaches to optimize key metrics.
- Facilitate internal communication, collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth teamwork.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management in E-Commerce, Order Management, Logistics, Fulfillment with 3+ years of experience in team management
- Experience in strategic products, consumer-facing products, seller traction, algorithm application, decision engine will be a plus.
- Ability to design highly adaptable product solutions for different business scenarios. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and able to use data and metric to evaluate assumptions, make recommendations and decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and confidently working well with teams.
