About the team
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of search and recommendation scenarios, and responsible for improving the conversion rate of private brand on search and recommendation traffic;
2. Collaborate with products and technologies to actively promote strategy iteration and scenario indicator growth through candidate groups, content, and product mining, data disassembly and analysis.
3. Build a data monitoring and value evaluation system for traffic operation, continuously analyze the conversion effect and promote the algorithm side optimization strategy plan;
4. According to the business scenario, explore growth opportunities, expand more operation paths and channels, and promote the growth of existing scenarios.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 5 years experience in searching and recommendation
- Clear thinking logic, strong data analysis ability, and strong structuring ability
- Detail driven, goal driven, willing to think, with the ability to learn quickly and self-driven
- Have good project management experience and excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and background in Data Analysis
