As the Transportation Performance Management Lead at TikTok, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the quality and performance of nationwide transportation operations. You will lead the Transportation Performance Management team, develop strategies for optimizing transportation efficiency, and drive continuous improvement efforts to maintain high standards of operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Transportation Capacity Planning and Performance Management team, ensuring adherence to national transportation standards and driving a culture of performance excellence.
- Oversee capacity forecasting, quality control, and performance management across all transportation modalities, including but not limited to air, ocean, rail, and trucking, to meet operational objectives and customer service levels.
- Monitor and analyze transportation metrics and develop strategies to publish and communicate bridges to key stakeholders, capture rootcause and follow up on corrective actions committed by stake holders until closure.
- Use continuous improvement methodology to drive forecast accuracy and build tools to uphold transportation performance.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Transportation Performance Management team, develop talent, and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability.
- Collaborate with technology teams to leverage Transportation Management Systems (TMS), build analytics tools, and dashboards to provide visibility in transportation performance, and enhance operational efficiency in transportation management.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in transportation or logistics management with a focus on performance improvement, including 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of building metrics and dashboards, driving operational excellence, and implementing process improvements within transportation operations.
- Expertise in building capacity management tools, analytics tools, and data analysis techniques to monitor, analyze, and optimize transportation performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and publication and communication of forecast and performance in a growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, performance metric development, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience in developing dashboards, publishing capacity plans, and performance metrics to improve performance, compliance, and safety standards.
- Advanced skills in risk management, strategic planning, and change management within transportation contexts.
- Travel Required:Occasional travel may be required based on operational needs.
