At the core of our logistics framework, the Transportation Performance Management team is dedicated to overseeing and ensuring the quality and performance of nationwide transportation operations. This pivotal role coordinates across all transportation activities to maintain high standards and operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring adherence to national transportation goals.
- Establish key metrics and measurements to detailed capacity planning across all transportation modalities.
- Develop and implement dashboards to optimize transportation capacity planning.
- Monitor and analyze transportation metrics to pinpoint rootcause, capture and monitor measure progress.
- Ensure timely publication and communication in collaboration with stakeholders for seamless capacity planning.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in transportation or logistics management with a focus on capacity planning.
- Proven abilities and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in building dashboards and capacity planning tools.
- Expertise in Data analytical skill and business intelligence like SQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead capacity planning for complex logistics scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- AI and big data preferred, modeling and analytical things, problem solving skills
- Strong background in statistical analysis and performance metric development.
- Experience in developing training programs and operational guidelines for logistics teams.
- Advanced skills in risk management and strategic planning within transportation contexts.

Travel Required:
Occasional travel may be required based on operational needs.
